I love the sand dunes of Australia... I think that the days of our lives are similar to the winds blowing across the desert plains.
These images are taken from a smaller patch of sand dunes behind a beach called Daly Heads, which is in Yorke Peninsula, South Australia
Motion can be strong, pervading, carving and persistent.
Golden hills are built by the winds of time.
Let the winds prevail.
Patterns and lines, curves and troughs.
Listless, gentle, evasive and touching.
Never ceasing, endless and timeless.
A river of sand. (This sight took me by surprise, I watched as a small river of sand moved seemingly without aid from one place to another. As I ventured closer I realised the invisible wind was the creator of this phenomena.)
Sand hills Yorke Peninsula, Rock Pools. looking back from where I had come.
A future and a promise.
Life or death, strength or weakness.
Looking back. Sand dunes Yorke Peninsula
I have many thoughts, plans and ideas running around in my mind for 2018. However I understand that it's the daily routine that will get me to the end. It is going to be a good year!
